Who we are
This website is run by RAMCO Designs, LLC, 525 15th Avenue, #33, Longmont, CO 80501, United States. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean RAMCO Designs, LLC.
Information you give us
When you use our contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, company name, the service you are interested in, a subject, and your message.
That information is stored as an inquiry in our business management system, so we can reply to you and keep track of the conversation. If you email or call us directly, we keep that correspondence in the same way.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this one collects some information automatically when you visit:
- Our website platform. The site runs on Odoo, which records the pages you visit, when you visited, and your approximate country and language, so we can see how the site is used.
- Server logs. Our web server records technical details of each request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. We use these to keep the site running and secure.
- Google Analytics. Google Analytics tells us which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, and general information such as device type and approximate location.
- Hotjar. Hotjar shows us how visitors use our pages, such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, and may record visit sessions so we can find and fix things that are confusing.
- Google Fonts. Our pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google.

Who we share it with

- Amazon Web Services, which hosts this website and our business system.

- Our email provider, which delivers the messages we send in reply.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and related correspondence for as long as we need them to respond to you, to work with you, and for our business records. Analytics data is kept according to the settings of Google Analytics and Hotjar. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, as described below.
Your choices and rights
- Cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website still works without analytics cookies.
- Google Analytics. Google offers a browser add-on that stops Google Analytics from collecting data about your visits.
- Your information. You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email info@ramcodesigns.com and we will respond.
Security
The website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to our business system is limited to the people who need it. No method of storing or sending information is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
Children
This website is meant for businesses. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this policy when our website or practices change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
