Yes. We review it first, tell you what we find, and only then quote for hosting or changes.

Yes. The design, the code, the content and the domain are yours, and we will hand them over if you ever move on.
What happens if something breaks?
On a care plan, monitoring usually tells us before you notice, and we fix it. Otherwise, call and we will help.
